How this guide pays for itself

Indulgences is my shopping guide, and I pick everything in it. Here is how the money works.

Commission links

Some links here may earn The Jiffy affiliate commission at no extra cost to you.

Sponsored picks

A business can pay to be the Featured Indulgence. Those placements are marked Sponsored and explained right on the card. The pick and the words are still mine.

What money can’t buy

Nobody pays for a pick. A business can’t buy its way into the guide, ask for a rewrite or see my words before you do.

Local

The Local Badge indicates the seller is based in the Hudson Valley or the Berkshires.
